KIDASA Software, Inc. Fulfillment Policy
We encourage people interested in our software to download a free trial version (the software download defaults to a trial version unless you have a program key). If your organization requires an extended trial period, please contact us at support@kidasa.com, and we can help you out.
Refund policy: If the wrong product was ordered, it can be returned for a refund. Training orders may be refunded if the training has not taken place yet.
Delivery policy: Goods or online fulfillment is sent the same day as order if during business hours. Otherwise, the next business day. Final charge is not applied to card until day of fulfillment.
Return policy: Returns are accepted for products ordered by mistake.
Cancellation policy: Orders may be cancelled until fulfilled.
