Covid-19 Notice

Due to the Covid-19 virus, KIDASA Software, Inc. is temporarily telecommuting to the office for employee safety. Here are some changes that will be taking place:

  • We will continue to process orders. We recommend buying electronic (download) versions of our software for the time being. You can still purchase physical copies, but we won’t send the physical copy until we resume normal work conditions. If you purchase a physical copy, you will still receive an email with a keycode that you can use on the downloadable version from our downloads page
  • Our phone numbers are unavailable for support. If you need phone support, use the form below with a callback number, or send an email to support@kidasa.com with a callback number
  • Our support and sales email is still functioning as normal. Email support@kidasa.com with any questions about software usage, and sales@kidasa.com with any questions about purchasing
