Milestones Professional and Simplicity Support Policies
KIDASA Software, Inc. provides free email user support for the following versions of software of Milestones Professional and Milestones Simplicity: 2012, 2015, and 2017. This support consists of answering usage questions concerning how to operate the software. Operational improvements are added to each new version of the software. We encourage all customers to purchase the current version or upgrade to the current version.
Bug fix support is provided for the most recent two versions of the software, which are currently versions 2015 and 2017. Before we can provide support, users must update their software to the most recently available revision for their version of software. When requested, users must be able to provide the “System Info” available via the Milestones Help menu.
